Correction to Snow Day Article

In the Jan. 31 article about snow days, the author incorrectly stated, “If Volunteer State Community College closes for a snow day, that decision is made by President Faulkner, and only applies to the Gallatin campus.”
However, Faulkner makes the decision about closing or delayed opening for all the campuses, not just the Gallatin campus. He may close one or more campuses while others remain open. Faulkner has done this in the past and may do so in the future. It depends on the unique conditions at each campus.
