Volunteer State Community College will hold its student art exhibition virtually beginning April 28th.
The exhibition can be found at Volunteer State Community College Gallery’s Facebook page beginning this upcoming Tuesday. It will showcase work from the college’s art program. These works will stem from the college’s classes of Drawing, Painting, Foundations 1 & 2, Ceramics, Printmaking, Photography and Graphic Design.
Every spring the college hosts an exhibition of students’ art in its gallery within the first floor of the Steinhauer-Rogan-Black building, but given health concerns and the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the campus along with its gallery are closed.
Still, the artwork can still be viewed and admired through the virtual world here, within the photo album named “Virtual Student Show Sp 2020” on the school’s gallery Facebook page.
