Vol State Campus Police Searching for Car Theft Suspect

The Vol State Campus Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying and locating the man below(white male, red hair, rough facial hair, 6’ tall, approximately 205 lbs. wearing a camouflage hoodie, blue jeans, and tan work boots).
